Like most Internet Marketing Companies, Ravello Lab Limited cannot issue you a refund for the services that we render. This includes Internet marketing services, website designs, photography, social media, graphics work, logo work, and content writing.
Digital Marketing Roadmap
We do not issue a refund for the digital marketing roadmap once the order is confirmed and you have completed the checkout process.
We recommend contacting us for assistance before you place an order. We also recommend to contact us for assistance if you have any issues with the services that were rendered to you. All Sales Are Final.
Cancelling a Subscription
Ravello Lab Limited clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 30 days prior written notice. Ravello Lab Limited does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only applies after the 30-day cancellation waiting period is over. The client will be charged for any work done during the 30-day cancellation period.

To cancel a subscription, you need to send an email to “barry.bahrehmand@ravellolab.co.uk” and write the word “Cancel my services” on the subject line and in the text of the email you must mention the name of the service.
Ravello Lab Limited does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Google Ads, or similar sites/directories. Ravello Lab Limited does not have control over third party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.
Client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. Client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by Ravello Lab Limited, on the client’s behalf. Client assumes all risk, responsibility for the suggestions and services that he/she receives from Ravello Lab Limited.
Showcasing the Services
Ravello Lab Limited will remain the right to use any and all content created by the Ravello Lab Limited for the client, while under contract, for the purpose of (1) providing samples of the Ravello Lab Limited’s work or (2) instruction – including, but not limited to, presentations, lectures, webinars, and published material in any medium.
